This results in our travel counselors better understanding your travellers' personal travel preferences and ensuring adherence to your company travel policy. All information is stored in our computers and referred to each time we make a booking:

UNIGLOBE is pleased to provide you with access to the American Airlines SABRE reservations system. The SABRE reservations system is currently used in over 27,000 locations world wide with over 1 00,000 terminals.
The system allows UNIGLOBE direct access to the seat availability databases of more than 30 world wide airlines, thousands of hotels and hotel chains, and all major car rental companies. Among its many features is an unbiased display which ensures that UNIGLOBE staff can research and obtain the lowest fares and tariffs available at time of booking.
Our enhanced SABRE services include:

- Traveller Profiles directly accessible on computer world-wide

Experienced individual on-site
consultants will be assigned to provide your travellers with personalized,
prompt and efficient service. Our consultants are required to be experts
in both domestic and international travel, able to handle all aspects of
your travel needs.
Account Manager
An account manager will be assigned
to ensure regular service visits to review service levels, to recommend
cost savings opportunities, negotiate airline agreements on your behalf,
and to implement any new guidelines you initiate.

This service provides toll free
telephone access to a UNIGLOBE Travel Consultant 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. When you are served by a Rescue Line agent, they will access our
Computer Reservation System files directly, including your corporate travel
policy and traveller profiles. We are automatically informed of all changes,
new bookings, cancellations, etc. completed by them on your behalf.

Internal Quality Control - The
Manager of Operations is responsible for internal quality control of all
files and documents prior to being released from our office. Each reservation
is double checked by our staff.
